4400 Streets & Nowhere to GO
Running every street in Dublin non-stop. Sleeping rough. Standing with Ireland's homeless.
The Challenge
The most important challenge of my life

With more than 17,000 people experiencing homelessness in Ireland — including record numbers of children and families — this challenge is a deliberate act of solidarity. By running every one of Dublin's 4,400 streets without pause and sleeping rough on those same streets every single night, I will step, however briefly, into the reality faced by thousands of men, women and children who have nowhere else to go.
This is not a stunt. It is not a spectacle. It is the hardest thing I have ever attempted — physically, mentally and emotionally — and the one I feel most compelled to do. Because while I will eventually return to a warm bed and a locked door, the people I am running for will not. Their nights do not end. Their streets do not stop.
I want to understand, even for a short time, what it means to be invisible in your own city. And I want that understanding to matter — to raise funds, to raise voices, and to make sure that no child, no family, and no person is left without a place to call home.
